V. 7.00.0001 Forms->Layout->Blocks->Fields->Position = Line corrupts the form

After making a new form I was working on the layout of the form. Which I think is cruel, but that is another story.

After switching one block from Field->Position = Beside to Fields->Position = Line the layout of the form is corrupted.

    1.) Hidden fields are shown.
    2.) Organisation->Next seems to be switched off  or some other points like Label->Position are chained, but not for all fields of a block
         it is not depending of the space, there is enough space to show everything as it is intended to ...

I have similar problems too in Blocks at same SC version. I created 2 blocks, don’t why only the first block was display.

Hi Bernhard,

I like to extend this Bug:

3.) deleting of blocks changes the order of the blocks, the deleted block is still there without a name and is gone after a second delete.
4.) changing Label->Position=Beside to Label->Position=Above has no effect (It is NOT the “Applications does not change when generate sourcecode” Bug)

sry for delay, havent seen the reply.

one form with several blocks. one block with 3 columns and 4 rows. Here I want to change from fields->next=beside to fields->next=line

result between beside and line is shown in the screenshots

I see the same problem, layout is really trashed with fields in blocks set to line. The strange thing is any of the select fields are fine, but any of the other types are horrible.

See image below. These are three blocks set to 33% next > beside, 33% next > beside & 34% next > below.

All fields are set to label to display results. The “Gender” Field is a select field. The Height and Weight fields are both integer fields. Notice how the title block is to the left with nothing below it, the height and weight should show below the title block and like up nicely.

The second thumb shows what happens when I set labels to beside and fields to beside.

Can any one confirm this issue as shown above? I would like to know if it is a bug or only my problem.

I just checked and version 6 had the same problem as noted in this thread. Isn’t it time to fix this? I’ve been hoping for a fix on the last two or three updates.
