VERY URGENT: Client encoding

I went in the production environnement, then click advance option and my client encoding is now set on Latin and I am unable to change it. Could someone help please or what file do I have to manualy change to solve that ?

Hello,

Did you change the encoding and it don’t are saving?
What is the permission you defined in deploy folder?
