View with Groups

Bare with me, I am just not sure how to do this.

I have a grid with Static Groups.

Section then Class groupings.

I want the user to be able to select a Section (via a drop down in the button menu area) that will only show a particular Section. This way a user can see only their Section instead of all the section. But, then be able to see ‘All’ sections.

Basically switch back and forth and explore any section or all.
