Virus in SC ? --------------- (THIS IS STUPID REQUIRED 15 CHARACTERS)

I am running a backup using MACRIUM REFLECT (I use this program for over 10 years). I have not have that before, but now this program dins some of the SC library files with virus. Anybody familiar with similar situations ?

Here is how it looks like: 2024-02-22-16h22-36 hosted at ImgBB — ImgBB

It is very likely that it is a false-positive. From time to time new virus / ransomware patterns are found and many scanners respond to applications that require internet access, download zip files etc. I’m not saying that Scriptcase cannot be hacked (or other low-code tooling), but you can consider adding the development folder to the whitelist of your application.

Dear @aklass,

We suggest that you contact Scriptcase support via chat or ticket (support@scriptcase.net) so that you can receive assistance regarding this reported issue.

Best regards!

I agree, but,… MACRIUM PROGRAM will not complete the backup until I remove the file from the backup list. When I contacted Macrium aboutthis they said to contact NET MAKE, so they just bouncing the ball back and forth.

Can you create a rule to white-list these files (let them pass through checking as valid) ?
