With Scriptcase 9.13.020 and PHP 8.2.35, are we safe regarding CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619?

  1. Is session.upload_progress.enabled=0 safe for Scriptcase apps (CVE-2026-115560 mitigation), or do any features depend on it?
