I perform a detail review of all the sample projects and how they are designed. It appears they were built over time by different developers with varying styles. While certainly not a perfect representation of best practice they have provided solutions that I wouldn’t have come up with myself.

Make backups of your projects. Make a full binary backup before upgrading so you can revert if things go wrong (scriptcase releases new versions very often). Use the forum, they provide the best support.
