I have this error since updated to version 7.
It didn’t happen in version 6.
Version 8 has it again (I downloaded trial to test it ).
I’m waiting solution since 2013. I will upgrade as soon as it is solved. Without deploying it makes no sense to develop anything.
It is not an intermittent issue. In my case I have never been capable to deploy anything with version 7 / 8.
