what happens if we did NOT sychnorize table

hi guys, in form application, if new fields were added to table, we have to synchronize the table so to get the new fields in the form

what happens if we did NOT synchronize the fields? i don’t want to include the new fields in one or more of the forms and I dont want their values to be included in the old forms at all, will it result negative affect something?

what you think?

As long as there are no fatal constraints there’s no need to synchronize. But if you have mandatory constraints (not null) on new fields you will run into problems.
