what is the proper setting ?

I’m trying to deploy locally on XAMPP without generating ZIP file

[ATTACH=CONFIG]n71587[/ATTACH]

but for some reason it is not working (or I got the server path incorrectly

[ATTACH=CONFIG]n71588[/ATTACH]

here are the setting I use

[ATTACH=CONFIG]n71589[/ATTACH]

so what is wrong with that ?
