When adding a field in a form, ajax of the form stop working

I have a form that if I synchronize the fields of the table o if add a manual field the ajax that is working in the form previously stop working. Does any one has a idea what can cause this.

I am using Scriptcase 9.6.004

have you tried to make a new ajax with the same name. (delete the old one.) i had something similar when adding a field, with the same name as an old deleted field. After adding the new ajax with the same (old) name it works again
