I have no problems with the operation and functioning of my form.
However, when I run the form, I have to click New every time for the fields to appear. Why don’t the fields automatically appear directly on the main page of the form?
i think it is possible, you should open form in Add new mode,
otherwise it is just opens in edit by default but does not have any id to show the record fields.
