Where are the local help files?

This is no biggie, just one of those frustrating QC things;

If I click a help button in the development environment I get a page at <localhost>/scriptcase/devel/iface/download_doc.php telling me the help files are not installed and that I need to grab them. A download link is displayed at the bottom of the page (http://www.scriptcase.net/site/download/download.php). Clicking the link quickly brings up another error

Any clues on how it can be tidied up on my side to avoid these irritations?

PS: emailing the info link has proven pointless. :slight_smile:

Thanks

If you need the manual local then at least you can find the manual in pdf here: http://downloads.scriptcase.net/downloads/v7/manual/en_us/pdfhelp_en_us.pdf

I’m not realy sure if the helpfiles are installed locally, am currently not in the position to check. But reinstalling SC should do the trick then.

How about a little own initiative? Is really not difficult to find the area on the sc homepage … Click!

Yes there’s where my link comes from. But this does not install the local help under the scriptcase help option.

You need this? So far I have missed anything … :wink:

Yea, thanks. I was aware of that.

My point is that when I stupidly click the help button I expect, not unexpectedly, a help page. Anyway, as I said, it’s no biggie. Just annoying.
