Where is Application - Global Variables menu

Hello,

I have created 2 session variables that should be out,
In documentation it says that go to Application - Global Variables to change the variable settings to in /out. I am using v7.1 and there is no such menu.
Where is it and how can I change session variable type to OUT?

After opening your Project and Application, on the left menu tree, there are four menu sections: Form Settings, Applications, Links, and Programming.
Under Applications section, you will find Global Variables.
