Where's the button

Hi
I have a form application. I create a new button which contains a little bit of no big deal PHP code. I assign the button to a toolbar.
I run the application.
No button!?
Can someone enlighten me?

Arrrgghhhh … I spent hours tearing mucking about with this. Out of desperation I post here. I go back and generate the application again and guess what?? There is the &^*()^5 button <grrrrrrrr>
