Why first time on accessing forms/grids many icons are not visible ???

I’ve noticed that many time when you access for the first time after deploying many forms and grids do not show SC icons.
Is there a way or a workaround to eliminate this annoying problem. Users ask that system do not work well… ;-(
Attached just a sample of that.

Knowing first what’s the problem. My navigations buttons works all ok. Wich template are you using? This problem is in Dev or Prod?

It happens on production server after deploying.
It happens only first time you access, then or when you refresh all icons appears again correctly.
Boh… it seems something connecting to upload graphical parts.
The template is the default of SC 8 .
