Where are you located (what time zone)? What other languages do you know well beside SC? What are your rates?

Hi Lewis, I am a US citizen living in Bs. As. Argentina (GMT-3), South America. I speak english and spanish.
PHP, Javascript, HTML, CSS, Visual Basic and others oldest. Learning Flutter.
20 per hour.
