Complex Form Layout - putting togather Checkboxes and HTMLText field on one Tab.

Hello,

I’m trying to design a form has slightly complex layout as screenshot attached. Can’t figure out how to do in blocks. I have tried various combination of Organization options on Block setup screen and looked like can’t produce the form layout I want.

Also, can’t put togather Checkboxes and HTMLText field on one Tab.

Any help in this regard would be highly appreciated!

To do it fully in blocks will be very complicated. I’ve been playing with blocks a lot to get things going, but as soon as i combined using horizontal and vertical approach I got into trouble. So my guess would be to use a combination from blocks and a container.
