Where to put my PHP.INI

I am using a MySQL Database with Scriptbase. I need to know which is the best Production directory to store my PHP.INI file.
I also need to know if there are any switches in that table that absolutely must have certain values in order for SC-7 to function properly.

Store your php.ini in the directory where your php exe is stored. That is the standard way.
